Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) is a closed mould manufacturing process that produces high quality GRP products with excellent surface finishes, dimensional accuracy and repeatable consistency. Dry reinforcement is placed into a two part mould before resin is injected under controlled pressure, creating strong, high quality products with exceptional definition.

 

RTM Light combines many of the benefits of traditional RTM with vacuum assisted resin injection, offering an efficient and cost effective solution for medium volume production while maintaining outstanding quality and consistency.
